This worked great. The instructions are clear and after allowing the oil to cool, it was a solid mass. The ratio of oil per bags needing to be used is spot on. Make sure to measure how many quarts of oil per bag, about 2 quarts per small bag.I don't fry often but this takes away some of the annoyance of doing so. I will absolutely purchase again.

It actually works, I was surprised at the product but I did a little frying, dropped in the packet when I was done. As it cooled it became a gel that was easily scraped out of my pan. While fried foods aren't the healthiest we all fry from time to time and this is a fabulous item to keep on the shelf.

I tried this product in a small pan of grease after cooking bacon. Although it congealed the grease, it was harder to scrape out of the pan than I expected. It probably would work better in a larger volume of grease/oil.

Wow we used a lot of solidifyer oils like this one before and this one by far was the best one we used! It would be nice if it was cheaper and got more bang for your $ but it works that's more important. The instructions are easy to follow and easy to read and it cleaned up all the oil even the stuck at the bottom bits and pieces.

I purchased out of curiosity and yes, it was how the seller explained. I typically liquid grease in the trash but, this way less messy.

Didn’t quite work for me but I was hoping it would solidify a chicken bone broth and chicken fat mixture so it wasn’t all oil and I knew it might not, but it was worth a try, but I’m going to keep it and try on oil when I have some, but don’t use very often

This worked as stated. Ensure that the oil is hot when you add it. Let it cool completely.
