I had bought a similar TechEase IP camera 1 year back from and was very happy with it (it is still workng fine). This is what made me buy a second set but this turned out to be a different inferior product, the packaging is different, features are less and overall it does not connect very well and PTZ options are jerky and dont work well. Unhappy with the purchase and have returned it. Wont recommend Techease anymore

Average product and it's very difficult to install on NVR so kindly provid proper installation instructions

Not a reliable camera. Keeps disconnecting on its own.Always needs restart once in two days or so.Camera restarts sometimes when the pan function is used.
