I began taking this supplement last year in desperation. After suffering debilitating Menopause symptoms for years My B12 levels were low but not considered by my GP to justify B12 injections as they were within ‘range’ according to UK guidance!After a lot of independent research I realised that all my symptoms pointed to a B12 deficiency, let’s be honest, one size does NOT fit all where our bodies are concerned!Within 6 weeks of starting these supplements, my exhaustion had eased, brain fog had reduced ,joint pain subsided and I was sleeping better and not having attacks of pins and needles every night!.This has continued ever since.They taste great, have no side effects and I don’t think I will ever stop taking them.I have recommended to many of my friends of a similar age and they have all had positive results!They are great value and so good!

These are great supplements. My Mom was diagnosed with low B12 and they suggested a supplement. These are better than most as they are designed to be sublingually taken so they go straight into your blood stream and don't get destroyed in the gut.

Tablets dissolve ok,bit slower than I thought and taste ok.not noticed much difference but only been taking for a short time

These are good value well cheaper than the usual ones I buy. They are of a harder consistency than ideal for under the tongue, I do tend to crush them between my teeth and suck the bits.

B12 is actually proven to help in many ways, hence if you think about it, older people are offered B12 injections. I have seen this help people both mentally and physically and wanted to give them a go knowing that my mind and body had been through a lot recently.The tablets are tiny and taste like a berry sweet, it's said that under the tongue is the best way to absorb these vitamins and personally I like to pop one in my mouth before I walk out the door in the morning.

These are incredible, my b12 levels have actually increased a lot, confirmed by blood tests. Tastes nice and easy to take, I will keep purchasing. Because there’s loads in the bottle too it doesn’t feel like I’m being ripped off. Can’t recommend enough!

Too soon to know if it is helping or not but the bottle itself leaks out a good amount after each spray. It is therefore wasted, messy and will not contain the correct number of sprays stated. Shame as the taste is great.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Just started as it has 3 forms of Vit B12 source, chewing beneath tongue seems good on sublingual release. Its priced high and couldn't be happier on pricing point as its not competitive. Product is good I suppose, they need to make it competitive on their pricing strategy.
