This is one of my staples in my supplements stack. Easy to swallow. No taste. Good value and effectiveness. Will be purchasing again as this is my 2nd time purchasing this brand.

So I've read many times that milk thistle is very beneficial, so I've taken it before but I can't say I noticed anything life changing about it...just figured it was helping but more under the radar in terms of noticeable benefits. Well, I just recently watched a docuseries class on the liver and milk thistle helps make glutathione which is very beneficial to the liver and the body just in general. So I decided to try again. I looked for the strongest, organic one I could find.I don't really have any known liver issues, however I do have kidney issues. Both liver and kidneys work to filter waste and toxins from the body. My kidneys don't filter like they need to so I thought perhaps giving my liver some extra support might also help my kidneys. And it definitely seems to be working!! What I notice: 1. Ankle swelling is almost totally gone. 2. I believe it is helping me sleep better. 3. Feel more energetic which is a big deal with kidneys not functioning to full capacity. This is helping. 4. Improving elimination in the morning. It's now easier and more complete. Disclosure: I take more than the recommended dose. I usually take 3 a day. What I like is that this is organic, veggie capsules, and extra strength extract - I can actually tell it is helping me. What I don't like is the small capsule count. I wish they offered bigger bottles with 120 caps, and at a bit better price. But this is worth it for me.

This is one thing I have been taking daily, it has helped improve my lab work. Previously I had some concerning lab's, I did some research and found that Milk Thistle has all sorts of benefits. Def a good value for the strength.

I decided to try Organic Milk Thistle after dealing with a long string of illness and realizing that my immune system really wasn't as strong as it once was. I really wanted to detox. I was always tired and lethargic too. So, I tried it and have been using it for 3 weeks. It is now a part of my slightly adjusted eating habits (nothing extreme) and my new work out regiment and I can say that I sense a difference. I'm not as tired as I used to be, and I've been less susceptible to colds (the test was being around a bunch of kindergarteners with sniffles and coughs...and a week later, I still had no signs of a cold. That was huge!). So far, so good. I'll update this review in a few months when I can assess the longer term effects.

I've been flushing out waste like Crazy. This product really works and works very well. I don’t know if it’s due to the milk thistle but my liver is still doing good and I drink wine every night 😁
