Helpful for obsessive thoughts also helps me with sleep and reducing agitation. Take them with breaks in-between otherwise I can't feel the effects. Just 1 a day, when I do take them. They do smell like old dirty socks which is distinctive smell of NAC, reassures me they're the real thing I guess

Been using it for a few weeks now consistently and feel it helps calm me, but I take 2 daily in the morning. Let's just say you can tell when I forget to take it.

This product arrived quickly, but compared to the other brand of NAC i have been using previously; this brand has a far stronger sulphurous smell to it from the moment the lid was opened, which i personally found very off putting to point that unfortunately i don't feel able to use it, and am now going to have to fork out for another bottle of my previous brand which whilst more expensive but at least is far easier for me to take due to it having a much more subtle smell than this brand. And i can't comment on the therapeutic effects of this brand ( which i bought due to the apparent good value) as i only was able to take one dose before giving up on it, and obviously some other people may have a far more positive experience of it and the strong smell of sulphur is probably a good sign in fact of its potency i guess but sadly its too over powering for me personally hence why i've only give it a 3 stars.
