Hi there, I would recommend the size kids 6 or Kids 8. The best way to know for sure is to get a pair of pants he current uses and measure how long in inches and compare with the size chart we have posted. But I believe Kids 6 will be a perfect fit and Kids 8 will work if you want a little bigger so the kid can use it for longer. I hope that helps.
