You have to buy this book! I can't believe this, able to increase by 500%
If I could give this book more stars, I would. In the last few years there have only been three books that have changed my thinking (my life) and this is one of them. I am a creative person. But now, wow! I wasn't thinking of purchasing another book on "creativity" but this one stood out. I think it was the "10x your ideas" wording. It wasn't the title. I read on my eReader and printed out 25 pages of highlights (and I was being careful). I know I need to return and re-read it a second time. Maybe more. I want this to sink in fully and I don't want to miss a thing. Haven't checked for a printed version. If I find one on Amazon, I'm getting that one. Me and my highlighters will have a ball (again).Buy this book!!!!! And do the exercises he gives along the way. I tried reading the first four chapters without doing the exercises and I apologize for this. It was a mistake. I started reading it again, doing each exercise AND allowing a day in between for my brain to process/expand on what I was learning.I'm still practicing every day, sometimes several times throughout the day when I have time. It is the practices, as he recommends, that expands creativity 10 fold. The author kept her promise ten times over.

Are you a creative person?
Whether you think you are or not...you know the ending to that saying. This little tome filled with anecdotes and research gave me some new ways of thinking creatively, and I'm already always bubbling over with ideas. My biggest takeaway was organizing my ideas with frames and then connecting new dots. This is a book I'll be coming back to often, to review the research cited and to practice the exercises. If you want to up your creativity, this book will definitely set you on the right path.

Simple and highly-effective
The author has explained brilliantly about the concept of creativity in simple ways - from the definition to the process of fueling and inculcating creativity through various anecdotes and personal experiences. This is definitely not just a one time read, I often find myself referencing this book whenever in need of quick boost of motivation or trying to implement new ideas. My compliments to the author Millind Harrdas.- Pervez Nawab

Creativity is Easy to Cultivate
The opening sentence in the book says each of us were born creative, then we went to school. This is his creativity of expression. This simple expression just bowled me over – direct and highly effective. In one stroke the writer has achieved 3 things – a hot on our educational system which kills creativity, our inborn creative ability and the need to change all this. This in a way also shows the simplicity of his expression. The book is an interesting read for everybody. There are several reasons to make this book memorable and quite impressive in proving its point. While describing his career he explains how he fed his need to be creative. The process of becoming more creative had also given him the skill of asking the right questions. Is not posing the right queries the mother of all innovations? Well, he proves it further on.He has embellished the book with examples, quotes and anecdotes to explain and prove points. This game of creativity the author has played successfully in this book, I was inspired of his direct approach of talking to you and urging you to take the gauntlet of creativity. Anybody who reads it will surely get inspired to and motivated to be more creative and stick to the creativity idea. He has chosen an appropriate title. He has structured the book in a very convenient way for us “creative novices”, it has practical exercises that work and make us grow. Often, he gives very apt references of valuable research sources that could make your pursuit of creativity easy and fast. You will find references of neuroplasticity and brain research on Brain and Creativity by national Academy of Sciences. The quotations and anecdotes also make you understand how you can change yourself to become creative. I opine that the fine skill of creativity is not just for the artists, musicians, writers, and other artists, but also for the common man – like say a parent who needs to guide their offspring, or a housewife with a culinary ambition, or maybe a teacher who is looking for more creative exposition of his lessons. In fact, he has given examples of marketer, author and many others.Well, I would not like to reveal everything about the book, because creativity also demands curiosity so buy the book and read it. I will surely use it as a reference guide to become a more creative author.

Creativity is all about connecting the Dots in a way no one did to create a WOW
This is one book structured properly in sequence with concepts, examples, anecdotes, quotations and appropriate exercises to be attempted, where the Author seems determined to help and make one creative.Creative people are willing to tolerate ambiguity. As per the Author, the salience network plays a key role in alternating between idea generation or the default mode network , and idea evaluation the executive control network , in creative people, giving them an edge over other normal people to become creative. As it is not an inborn trait, it can be acquired through training and practice. The Author has explained, how collecting various Dots and connecting them like nobody has ever done before, to create a WOW leads one to being Creative with examples drawn from the life of Neil Bohr, Edison, Steve Jobs, Leonardo Vinci, Isaac newton, Einstein. I loved this quote by Sir Richard Branson – Always be Connecting Diverse Dots- ABCD , the main theme of the Book. The book provides several insights on becoming creative like use of reversal techniques, reframing questions, creating multiple possibilities or frames, looking beyond the obvious by wearing multiple hats, breaking the invisible barrier of assumptions, awakening the subconscious mind with Intense Focus and Let Go Moments.Personally, as I was reading , I got lots of creative ideas as well as examples to quote. So, if you want to be a powerhouse brimming with Creative ideas, then look no further , as this book will lead you to be creative, and awaken the Eureka, WOW and AHA moments, whenever you get challenged .. So, GO FOR IT

A must read for every marketer!
I had the good fortune of working under Miliind as I started my first steps in marketing and I consider him amongst the foremost thinkers in India on this space. And he shaped me like I could never imagine. The kind of cutting edge work he churned out with his team during that period is folklore in that Org. Not only was his work very high on the creative quotient, but also added significant market share to the business. In this book, I knew what to expect and yet was surprised by the depth it went to...no surprises, since Miliind was always a student and has gained so much more since.I recommend this book highly. It is very practical and written in a very lucid manner.
