Noticed my nails growing when taking these They were hard gummies tasted nice Think they plumped my skin too Stops working when you stop taking them of course Great value when on sale £6.99 was £10 once so I waited for a sale and got x2 Tried other hair and nail gummies but they didn’t make my nails grow like these.

Tastes a bit odd
I love this product as my hair and skin feels super soft from it, however it tastes pretty odd. It says it’s natural pineapple flavour but I couldn’t get that taste. It’s easy to chew which is an extra good point for it.

They seem to help hair growth
I thought these were meant to be hard as the last few packs have been however I just got a new pack and they are soft like usual gummies. Anyway they seem to work for hair growth for me as I have new hair growing while also using rosemary oil once or twice a week. Good value.
