poor Quality
The flange base has not be drilled/milled well at all. There should be 4 bolt holes for the rotor to be bolted down. As the images show, these are half drilled at best. Only Amazon choice is to return and refund.

Very dangerous
We add this instilled and this morning in 20 mph wind it was going very fast the blades was bending spinning out of control motor started to smoke and very dangerous and very scary I saw the blades go in to pieces no one got hurt but very lucky
