Amazing 5.1 Bluetooth adapter
As I'm into using emulators on windows 10 a lot I use Bluetooth to connect the various controllers and for some reason, the one system I could never get a proper connection was for the different switch controllers, for some reason I could always get the left joy-con to connect to my PC but the right one would never show up in my Bluetooth devices also, the pro controller has intermittent connection issues. That was until I brought this Bluetooth dongle, it has picked up everything I have thrown at it including both joy-con controllers without any troubles and my pro controller works perfectly with this adapter I actually played using the controllers for hours on the emulators without problems. It also picked up the ps5 DualSense controller, the ps4 controller. it connected to my Bluetooth speakers and linked them as a stereo pair instead of 2 mono speakers so I could stream my music from my PC to whichever room I took the speakers into.I've not had to contact tech support so I can not comment on that, but like I said it's only because I haven't had any issues with it.I would really recommend giving this adapter a try because for me it works perfectly and I wished I had brought this ages ago as it would have saved me a lot of problems over the last year with my various controller issues.

works well but not a great way to sync a controller to a PC, wireless is a far better option
It does as it should and Bluetooth connects for sure, I did however has latency, drops out and frame rate issues when connecting my Xbox controller to my PC with this product and playing games. I would recommend if that is what you are trying to achieve to get the wireless dongle option as I've had no issue at all with that method it's been faultless.I bought an unofficial one from Amazon, a Cipon one that retails at £14.99 and that was done the job perfectly so if you intend to use this for purely gaming then I would recommend this option rather than via bluetooth, far more stable option I have found from experience, not the products fault per say as it does connect as it should but just a better way of connecting for gaming at least.

Works well on Debian and on Windows. Good signal improvement.
I've been using this for a couple of weeks now. It works well on Debian Linux and on Windows 11. On Linux the driver is already there so you don't need to download anything. Plug it in and it's ready. On Windows I needed to download the driver, install it and then reboot. It then worked fine. It does give better signal strength than an adapter without antenna, especially if you can position it without obstructions. It has really improved my experience with Bluetooth headphones/headset. No more unwanted volume fluctuations, and I now also get a good signal with no drop outs when 15 or 20 feet away. edit: I find I can go all over the house and still no dropouts, so this is really good.

Great!
Quick to connect, stable connection for joycons to PC and small enough to fit snug at the back of my PC.

Works on Linux
Despite what the makers say this does work on Linux. I just plugged it in and it was recognised and the relevant drivers loaded automatically. I have connected it to several different devices including two makes of headphones, a bluetooth amplifier and a mini speaker. All work faultessly with two way communication working on all devices. I can wander around my (admittedly small) house listening to music without any break in sound. It is supposed to have a blue led on it somewhere but I've never seen it light. But what the heck, I didn't buy it to look at it. After seven months of daily use I have absolutely no complaints about this device. For those interested the system I'm using is Linux Lite 6.6 (derived from Ubuntu) with kernel 5.15.0-91 and the Blueman 2.2.4 app.

It doesn't work!
This not Windows plug'n'play. The instructions guide you to a URL where the necessary driver isn't there. I tried a generic Realtek one. It recognised some Bluetooth devices but would not connect to any of them. LED indicators didn't function either. I bought this as an upgrade for a TP-Link device which works beautifully but is short on range. I would return it but not worth the hassle. Avoid.

Adequate — driver issues
Spent far too long having to mess around with driver problems, and must reset device each time I turn my PC back on. Good-ish value for good range, dissatisfying problems with operation. Good for short-term use, will probably replace soon.

Very good, but beware incompatibility
Quite happy with the range and quality of this device. However I did have a lot of issues getting it to work properly since it clashed with the onboard bluetooth receiver, causing me having to do a lot of troubleshooting, uninstalling and driver installation before it would work properly. So it needs a lot of tinkering to make it work if you already have an onboard bluetooth receiver.
