I have a 455 rancher but the filter looks different than the one pictured? Air Filter: 507255702 is that the filter in the kit?

The 455 Rancher air filter in the kit is 537255702 which is a nylon filter 44 micron and has an orange cover. This filter is for general use. Husqvarna offers another nylon air filter which is 80 microns part number 537255701 which has a black cover and it is recommended for winter use. There is a third air filter that is felt part number 537255703 and that one has a clear cover.

Will this work for the 460 Rancher, or just the 460 and 455 Rancher? Or isn't there a difference?

This should work for both the 455, and the 460

Is the spark plug already gapped?

Mine was pretty close to spec. I like to check any plug before I use it, they can get knocked out while being shipped. Gap tools are cheap enough.

Does this fit 2011 Jonsered C2255 saw? Especially the air filter.

Hard to say. Best send a request to Husqvarna direct. There are so many different parts out there. My guess is however, it will fit. Since you have 30 days to return items to Amazon you might give it a try. Get it, compare the filter in your saw. The bulb is the same; Husky uses only one type all over.
