As an insomniac I need several supplements to become drowsy enough at night to be able to sleep. However, I don't want to be on a bunch of medications with their side effects. These valerian gummies are DELICIOUS. If they made a candy that had the same flavor, I would have a new favorite snack. These gummies are almost like a little treat before bedtime, and they’ve been a massive help with my anxiety level and stress level. I would highly recommend these to everyone! They may stick together in the jar, and they may be a little pricey, but that is all worth it for the helpful effects of these delicious little bears.

I have used these now for several weeks and find they help with initially relaxing to get to sleep but if I wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep they don't seem to aid in returning to sleep. They taste great and I do find them useful.

The taste is pleasant and easy to chew. Have not been using them long enough to make any comments any further, but will come back and give another review.

I purchased these for my 13 and 10 year old and they said it didn't help them stay asleep so I decided to try them myself. The results over a month was that they will help you get sleepy and ready for bed but I still found myself waking up so they didn't help to stay asleep and that's when I understood what my kids were saying. I need something natural or organic to help keep them asleep.

This is just candy. I usually take valerian capsules (500mg each) and I can feel sleepy immediately after taking them. These don’t help me feel sleepy or stay asleep at all. I also feel like they are too sweet but that’s just personal opinion. Do not buy if you have insomnia or a real sleep problem. Waste of money.
