Ford vehicles deserve motor craft filters
I use motor craft filters on all my ford vehicles. Older and newer models. They are a good filter, I wouldn’t think of using anything else.

Double check and order the filter or compatible filter as the one on your truck
This filter fits the 1997 F350 5.8 liter only if you (DON'T) have a factory oil cooler on your F350. This holds a quart of oil. If you do have a factory oil cooler on your truck your filter would be a Frame PH2 and that filter only holds a pint. I ordered 3 oil filters before I bought the right filter. Order the filter you are pulling off so you don't get the wrong oil filter.

Fits 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan
Fit just fine on my 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan with 3.3L V6About 1 inch longer than OEM filter so should have better flow and more capacity.
