I don't believe that will happen anytime soon. I don't believe they have been evaluated by the FDA. I'm no nutrition expert however I'd be willing to bet it's more so based person to person. How much fiber is your body able to utilize to breakdown these macros. A safe bet would be to say that you will absorb somewhere between what they say is absorbed and the normal amount of macros you'd find in a regular peanut butter.

What is the real calories per serving?

Don't remember, but don't let the ad fool you, it has calories and fat and tastes kind of chemically, not horrible, just not like real peanut butter. And to me not worth the money and would not recommend to a friend.
