These are miracle workers. My teenage daughters use them everyday. As a mom in my 40’s, I don’t have the need for them everyday anymore. However, I use them occasionally as needed for hormonal acne. No one wants a pimple as an adult and these patches make all the difference in the world! You put them on at night and when you wake up in the morning, you can visibly see the difference. It absorbs the oils and pus from the pimple. It’s amazing to see how much it absorbs right there on the patch. No more picking at pimples and waiting a week for a pimple to heal. This speeds up that healing process and saves your skin from acne scars. The patches stick in place really well. I never worry about them falling off. They are the perfect size to cover blemishes. These are a must have at my house. One of my daughters has really sensitive skin and she has no problem using these. When you pull them off it doesn’t leave any marks or irritation on your skin. In fact it’s the opposite. It leaves your skin less irritated and smoother from the patch doing its work, We have them on monthly delivery and are often buying more before the next delivery comes. If you have teenagers in your house, this is a must have!

I have several good things to say about these patches. Firstly, I have a hand tremor, which can make peeling off tiny patches more annoying, but with the tear-away backing, it makes it far easier to grab the patch and place it without folding the edges by accident. The patches are quite thin, which I think would make this backing necessary to even remove them in the first place, but the fact they're so thin definitely seems to be what makes them much less visible when you put them on. I am quite surprised how much they actually hold up to the claim of being "invisible"; if you're standing at a reasonable distance from a mirror, you wouldn't even see it was there if you didn't know where to look. I think my favorite thing about these patches (other than getting so many for a pretty low price) is that if you're doing a full skincare routine, your hands can just slip right over the patches while you put on toner or moisturizer, but with thicker acne patches, I'd feel like I needed to be really careful around them so I don't accidentally peel them off while putting on other products. These patches just stay put. They'd probably hide very well under makeup.

This is by far my favorite pimple patch to use. They stay on longer and works fast. Even when I thought there wasn't anything left, it manages to pull out more ick from my face.

The variety pack is useful since different sized blemishes need different coverage. I've found the medium patches work best for most situations. They're nearly invisible during the day if you need to wear one out. The price point is reasonable compared to drugstore alternatives, and you get plenty in each pack. My only complaint is that they don't work as well on deeper, cystic bumps, but I don't think any patch really does. For surface level pimples and whiteheads, these definitely speed up the healing process. Would recommend keeping a pack on hand for those random breakouts.

I've tried so many pimple patches it's ridiculous. These work the best. They're the stickiest (even after prescription medication has been applied) and they are the least visible. They could be cheaper but since they are head and shoulders above the competition I'll pay what I have to. I don't wear makeup so I can't speak to how they work with cosmetics just acne medication.

These new patches do not work! I used these before and they were very effective overnight. They had a visible center where the active ingredient was. But these new ones are just a sticky pad. They do cover the blemish cosmetically which is why I gave them ⭐️⭐️⭐️. But they certainly do not have the same effect on pimples. Just look at the pictures. The center spot would be white in the morning and the pimple reduced or almost gone. I do not recommend

The Rael Miracle Retinol Spot Covers are a solid choice if you’re looking for overnight acne care. The hydrocolloid material does a great job of absorbing impurities, while the added retinol helps target blemishes more effectively than standard patches. They stick well, even while sleeping, and are gentle on the skin. I noticed pimples looked flatter and less inflamed by morning. These work well on surface-level pimples, but not as effective on deeper cystic acne. I don't know how strong the retinol is, but it is more effective than other name brand patches.

I will vouch for these until I die - they are genuinely the only patches i've tried that actually work.

Very effective and practically invisible on my pale skin. They are a bit expensive, but absolutely worth it if you can’t wear the cute pimple patches with the designs on them. I’m not sure how invisible these will be on darker skin tones, but you can always dab a tiny lil bit of concealer on them.
