Well…no one even the manufacturer can give definitive answer, because so many variables… I would try because the lights are not expensive. I am trying them with some begonias, and they are doing ok It’s not clear what light spectrum these little lights provide though they are sold as “full spectrum” Research what tomato plants need, to guide you.
