Will these fit Ruger BX25 mags?

Maybe. The pouch is intended for straight mags. The curved ones may fit but protrude a bit more. I would look for for one that specifically mentions HK or Ruger mags.

Will this support the fn ps90 magazine?

P90 mags are wider then a mp5 mag. 99% chance it won't. Their are p90 mag pouches available. Don't know if products are on amazon
