Didn't fit, would not allow return or full refund
I ordered a case fit Samsung S20 and it didn't fit. See my old case in the picture left and new case right. When I emailed for return they said no returns. Refunded $8 and change after many requests for refund although I paid $23.83. Their listing says they have cases for all Samsung. I chose S20 and it didn't fit. Currently stuck with a pretty case that won't fit and I can't use!

Poor photo reproduction
We ordered two personalized phone cases from this company. I used two of my photos to personalize these cases. My wife's phone case came back looking the way it should. My was a full color photo but it came back looking like a dull gray black and white photo. I requested a return, Amazon acknowledged the return but i have not yet heard from the company about how to get a new phone case with the proper photo on the back.

Correction!
I have to apologize about a previous review. I stated that "I just received this yesterday and it is already fraying around the edges." That is not the case; I wasn't wearing my glasses at the time and mistook a protective element for fraying. The case is perfect.
