This eyeliner is exactly what I’ve been missing. It truly glides on...no tugging, no skipping, no fighting with a dry pencil that gives up halfway through your lash line. The texture feels more like a beautiful gel in pencil form, and the color payoff is rich and deep from the first swipe. The shade Rockstar is a gorgeous dark purple that adds depth without looking harsh, and it applies smoothly and evenly every time. You have just enough time to smudge if you want a softer look, but after that it locks in and lasts all day without transferring or fading. It's creamy, intensely pigmented, and easy to apply — a perfect option if you want long-wearing color without the chalky struggle.

Best eyeliner I have ever bought. Glides on easily, very creamy. Lots of sparkle, but does not fall into eyes, or bother my contacts like other eyeliners I have used with glitter in them have done in the past. It has never broken off. You do have to buy, or have an eyeliner sharpner because it is not self sharpening. I sharpened it without any problems, and the functionality was exactly the same as when it was brand new.

Definitely really like this eyeliner pencil. I generally struggle with a lot of eyeliner pencils, but this applies easily with smooth lines and it's pretty forgiving. I've done wing tips and light outlines so much easier, and have also tried applying it thicker with primer as a base layer before adding eye shadow, it really came out well. Also sharpened very easily with Revlon's sharpener, I had no problem getting a fine tip that applied just as easily as the first time. Even when I've made slight mistakes I felt it was very easy to quickly correct, the smoothness of the material transfers very easy to water line. Whiskey (brown matte) was the perfect shade for me. The pencil was a bit pricey, but the quality is so much higher that cheaper ones I've bought, definitely will buy again.

Absolutely love these eyeliners, so many colors to choose from. They just glide on with ease. Great quality, blend well. Easy to put on, looks good on too. Stays on longer then others.

I love that it’s auper creamy and easy to apply. Waterproof and long-lasting doesn’t smear or fade. I got the brown and it’s such a perfect color on my tan skin. It’s bold and vibrant. Good for tightlining, waterline, or lash line. It does need sharpening regularly to maintain a sharp tip. This is my go-to eyeliner now. Stays all day, looks great, and is worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a waterproof, smudge-proof eyeliner that glides on effortlessly.

I have been using this Urban Decay eyeliner for yearssssss and it is always consistent for me. Color: highly pigmented so you can actually see what you're applying, even if it is white eyeliner. Functionality: the pencil does not break and is easy to apply. Sharpen? Yes Retractable pencil? No Stay on? The color is so beautifully vivid that it does stay on. Smudge-proof: Yes! this eyeliner is smudgeproof if you want it to be. For example, if you wanted to keep your look in place, you can choose to use a finishing spray to help it stay or just leave it as is on your eyes. If you wanted to smudge your eyeliner on purpose for a sultry smokey look, you can smudge it and the finished result is just as wonderful. Texture: it feels like a borderline melted crayon that smoothly glides while keeping the pencil's "shape" Fall proof: I have not had this pencil break while dropping it during use. I have used this product for yearrrssss Transferable: truthfully, it can be transferable if you're sleeping on a pillow with it on long lasting: this will last for dayssss

I purchased this color (Empire), which I love, and also Rockstar. Empire went on great, lasted all day without wearing off or smudging and the color is exactly what I wanted (I have green eyes and I'm tired of wearing black eyeliner all the time). I was able to use this for about a week...until the tip wore down. You cannot sharpen it, at least I wasn't able to with the several sharpeners I have. I'm so disappointed that it's pretty much useless now and I spent over $20 for this eyeliner. Rockstar is also a nice, softer color. But, it goes on super light, so I had to keep retracing my line. Once it's on, it's gorgeous. But, same issue with sharpening... doesn't work. I wanted to love these liners because the colors are perfect, especially Empire. But after spending (splurging) $40-ish dollars for a product that I can no longer use, not worth it. Urban Decay should either make these liners in a retractable "pen", or at least include a sharpener on the end of the pencil that actually works for these liners. If anyone has had luck with sharpening, please share what type you used. I have 3 that range in size that work perfectly, but not on this brand.
