good product, offers good compression, thicker than expected, which is okay, helps w/ warmth, cold out. easy to take care of, i wash in washer ( supposed to hand wash), line dry. only had them less than a week will update in 3-6 months. will not cure runners knee or patella issues. does give compression, aids stabilization, comfortable, it is a good product.. i train hard, i can out do most (75%) half my age, i am 61 yo, male , mostly anaerobic exercise, HR into 230's , little over weight/ out of shape due to injury. switching from ramps to running to stairs, doing 30 flights in set of 3. i add this info of work out and intensity, this is what i look for in a review, if athletes or week end warriors are using. if i was a weekend warrior i would give it 5 stars, overall it is a good product

You can use these overnight without excessive contriction and skin marks or recessed marks in the morning...keeps my knee from moving as I sleep...thus it doesn't move to excaserbate pain. I have 3 sets of two...so I rotate in the wash and am able not to misplace all of them...:-)

I damaged cartilage in the military 40 years ago and have functioned ever since thanks to pain killers and knee braces. I have tried just about every style of commercial knee brace there is. Many are a complete waste of money. Of those that do offer benefit, you either get support by sacrificing mobility or they allow so much mobility you cannot trust them to support a strenuous activity. And they all slip. Even though this brace does not have lateral strips, it provides a fair amount of support from compression alone and does not hinder range of motion. It also stays in place. For the most part. That is the good. The bad is that they are so tight that wearing them for an extended period, like to work, for instance, will leave your knee stiff and sore anyway. My measurement was right in the middle of the size range of the size I ordered so there isn’t an issue of being unsure about which size to get. They are quite comfortable for the first couple of hours, but it is downhill from there. Further, while they do not slip, the anti-slip strip at the top of the brace is an even tighter fit than the brace as a whole.While active this isn’t much of a problem, but when you are inactive, like driving back from a hike, there is so much pressure on the back of the hamstring it gives me a cramp. I think they were worth a try and I do wear them for short duration activities, or around the neighborhood, places where I can easily remove them. Never for any kind of travel.I will likely not purchase again.

So far ,so good. Comfortable material. Only worn for a few hours at a time at the gym. They seem to stay up well without sliding down. Would recommend. Ordered the xxl. 6’2 205# lean legs. For me just the right amount of compression.

I have a torn meniscus, and am over 65. My pain level went from a 3-5 to about a 1-2 with the sleeves on. It does help with limited motion; that requires surgery. The sizing is a little strange, as it runs from medium to XXL, with no small. The sizing chart, directions work. I opted to go smaller rather than larger. I have fairly large thighs due to a lot of skiing and biking.. The tighter fits provides more compression. Some times I wear them to bed, when my pain level is high and I sleep better. They are not very expensive and well worth it.

The measurements are a little offI measured my thigh at 18in so I got XLThat for really right on my thigh but down by my ankle, it's really loose.But still pretty cool, though. Nice material. Good quality fabric. And the grip sticks nicely
