Made of stainless steel this rack it nice. The holes are slightly larger but work well for stuffed jalapeños. Be careful though. The edges are sharp and could scratch or cut during handling. They should have paid a little attention to this detail.

It would be great unfortunately I don't think it's meant for jalapenos. The wholes are way too big and they fall right through.

I really like the corer which makes the stuffing of peppers possible with ease. I suppose a paring knife could do the job but included this tool makes the job easier . The rack is strong but holds only the stout peppers . Must be selective when purchasing the selected peppers when shopping. .

The jalapeño corer is great, and i appreciate the ability to use the higher stand legs.

Holes are big used skewers so jalapeño didn’t fall thru. It works
