These are very healthy but I was afraid the flavor would be too strong but they aren’t strong at all. The flavor is actually interesting but not unpleasant I’m very happy with my purchase

These do not taste well but they're supposed to be good for you.

Product seems of good quality. Not sure if they work but giving them a try. On 2nd bag. Bitter - yes, but eventually get used to it. Also gives a tingling numbing feeling that subsides quickly. So don’t panic.

These taste exactly like almonds. They are not the least bit bitter. In fact I am wondering if they sent me almonds by mistake. So far I have eaten only one kernel. Per advice, I am being careful about the amount ingested. Whether they will be beneficial to my health is unknown at this point.

I was so excited to start using this product until I received it and took 1 kernel , I started reading the back of the package and seen that eating these can expose us to lead and other chemicals. After seeing this I went back on Amazon and started looking at the information the seller posted and seen another statement I didn’t feel comfortable with. I’m not sure if this is an issue with apricot kernels all together or just this brand but next time I’ll be doing a bit more research.

I decided to give these a try for the benefits and its to early to say anything about that but I do have a few positive comments on the product. These seeds to me taste really good. When you open the bag they have a nice salty almond smell and they taste like that to start but do finish bitter and to me its good. I am only eating three seeds a day and will see how it goes.
