I must say these are the best steel toe caps I have ever had always go up a size

Reasonably waterproof. I do gardening in them, wearing them no more than a few hours at a rtime. I have had no issues with them so far. l had them only a few months only and they have not had the test of squelchy winter mud yet! But They seem OK, unless of course if the water is ankle deep and goes over the top of the boots into it.

I have the same problem. My heels hurts like crazy after a long days at work. To be honest , I ended up buying NHS insoles. Arch support. That helps. The pain hasn't disappeared, but it's bearable.
