So fabulous!
I have several back problems so standing in the shower is hard. I use a shower chair but that can only last me so long. This delivered today and my daughter was able to wash my hair for me tonight with no issues! It is inflatable so incredibly light. Fits close to the neck with ZERO leaking and sits easily in the sink. The hose will be great if we need to do this directly over the tub.

Disappointing
Disappointed in product. Purchased to shampoo a elderly persons hair. They had difficulty holding back their head.

What you need to know
It was nice, I used for my 104 year old patient. The only problem and I am upset about is I noticed that the patch for tears was on there and I paid for a new product not a used

Works as promised
It was a little difficult to get it fully inflated, but once that was done - it worked fine. My mother is happy with it and so am I. After reading other reviews I guess I got lucky.

Comes with what you need
If you need help or if you know someone who can't always move their neck certain ways just to wash their hair, get this PLUS a tall trash can if you can't get in the shower. The person will need to be sitting, and this tube will fit in the can or point to the floor of the shower. What I like is that this will save everybody a lot of towels and trouble. It is plastic, so who is to say how long it will last, but I think it's worthwhile, especially if you don't need to get a whole shower just to wash your hair.MY PERSONAL USES:My Mom: 99 years old, severe neck arthritis. Didn't like showers anymore. Who could blame her! I found better ways to bathe her, and her hair was done separately. Until we converted the tub into a shower, she couldn't get in well, even with a transfer seat. I sat her in the kitchen, used a tall kitchen can to catch the water, dumping as we went along. My Husband: Issues with leg, then after an accident an amputee, and we only had a tub for a long time. He would have to lean forwards in a chair, and have water poured over his head, while trying to keep his balance. I bought this 4 my mom, but he ended up liking this. He felt like he was getting a real hair wash. Very freeing.I honestly would love to do this for others, but I don't know anybody else needing the help. If you do, though, you would find yourself happier than they are! It's an easy way to help your friend or neighbor, and they don't even have to take off their shirt!(I'll take a picture next time!)

Love this product.
My mother is elderly and handicap. We were having problems trying to wash her hair standing. This product has been a lifesaver.

Not worth purchasing
It's sad when disabled people looking for things that will solve a problem and end up getting crappie items. We couldn't fet it to inflate. As soon as we took the pump out it immediately deflated. We got it partially inflated to try using it but not only myself got drenched but also my electric wheelchair and the bathroom floor also did because the drain tube didn't drain fast enough. This seemed to be a good idea but they made it on the cheap so it didn't work.
