What an awesome addition to the kitchen. Looks great! It's heavier then id expected to be. Nice and sharp. Does what its meant to. Chopped through the chicken bones almost with trying when butterflying, and sharp enough to surgically score the lines.

Was intimidated when I got this out of the box. When I used it, it felt great in my hand. Cuts well too. So far I am happy with this purchase

Very sharp & quite heavy. Been using it to chop the heads off chickens. Right through & no suffering. Don't take this thing lightly it can do damage.

This thing is ridiculous. Thus, it is perfect. Massive, heavy, solid as anything can be. This thing is not for the weak of heart. It requires skill and strength. Not meant for small hands, or weak hearts. It will do damage in the wrong hands, or culinary magic in the right hands. A functional work of art that demands respect. Kinda that damn simple...

The knife is beautiful, heavy and large! Not as sharp as expected, and when I reached out to customer support, they corrected the issue quickly! Emails were minutes apart! Very responsive!

I bought this not really expecting much, one of those it might be good might be bad items...... Damn it is awesome. First packaging each box is shrink wrapped from outer to the interior item boxes. Plus you get this cool emblem black chrome pendent and then the butcher Seriously and killer stand for it........damn thing so nice you almost don't want to use it.. amazing Job guys!

I talked smack. I ordered this hoping to take my place among the most demonic culinary wannabes. I held this all mighty cleaver in my hand. My leg was suddenly dripping warm and wet. I know less than nothing. Here is all I can share: is it sharp? Yes. Does it cut or cleave? Yes. Can it do the job? Yes. However this item takes strength and skill to weird effectively. Or you will end yourself. Its okay to be a punk A. B. like me. I admit it. I'm scared to use it past testing. It sits in the box. Go ahead and laugh at me. Order one and hold it. Aight?! And see of you don't join me soon after and see yourself humbled.

I love the Butcher Knife and Cleaver I have bought through Amazon. I do have a second Butcher Knife but I need another one especially the Cleaver for breaking bones for my dogs. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Es exactamente lo que dice la descripción. Es un hacha de cocina de uso rudísimo, no importa si haces carnitas, cortas asados grandes o separas animales enteros, esta es la herramienta. Yo hubiera preferido comprarla sin exhibidor, pero viene dentro del precio. Cada que alguien ve el hacha hará un comentario, ya que es como el triple de grande que un hacha de cocina normal y también el triple de pesado. Además de eso tiene un filo ancho pero bastante contundente, puedes rebanar grandes piezas de carne sin problema. El mango esta engañoso porque se ve terrible pero es EXCELENTE. Si tienes a un tío que le encante lucirse este es la hacha que debe de tener.

Wow! Exceeded all expectations. Quite a hefty piece. I need to buy a new chopping board to use with this, because it would OBLITERATE my current one. Feels like I'm wielding Thor's hammer. It's absolutely massive. Love, Love, Love it.

Ne pas se fier aux commentaires négatifs. Ils ne savent pas utiliser ce genre de couteau. Certains disent que le couteau n'est pas assez coupant. C'est pas vrai. Il faut comprendre qu'un couperet de ce poids et de cette taille est fait pour couper des os et de la viande un peu comme on utilise une hache. C'est pour cela que la lame n'est pas aussi affûté qu'un couteau du chef. L'angle de coupe est moins prononcé pour éviter de briser la lame. On y va avec un élans. On ne scie pas un os. On prend son élan, on fait attention et on descend avec force sur le morceau de viande pour couper l'os. Si pas d'os, on a besoin de beaucoup moins de force pour couper. Il est beau, à une bonne poigne et confortable. Je le recommande
