Better taste than the sachets.
Really ideal way to take Fibogel, the powders were not very nice to take and as I didn't take them they would not work on me! When I started using these tablets I felt I was very 'blocked', so I ended up taking as per instructions. Well the result ended up with, shall we say, a new shade of bathroom s***, the aroma could only be described as farmyard on the hottest day possible. It went on and on for 2 days and nights. Still, the positive outcome was, it kick-started my weight loss. I did not want to get bunged up again, so I started taking the Fibogel again, night time only, but just 1 or 2 (if I'm feeling a bit sluggish) and hey prestow the pills work well even if I don't take 9 a day!

Great alternative to sachet’s if you’re out & about
These are a great alternative to the sachets if you are out. However, you need 3 chews to one sachet! So that’s the equivalent of 10 sachets-which isn’t much, & quite expensive in my opinion. They taste nice, & are fairly easy to crunch/chew. However, they are quite big & you certainly wouldn’t be able to swallow them ( they are chews, not tablets) . I wouldn’t say they’re chews as such personally, as you do have to crunch into them.

Taste bad and not effective
At first they taste nice but then the flavour and texture isn’t pleasant at all, not helped by having to suck/chew on 3 of them for 1 dose (they are huge too). Didn’t find anywhere near as effective as sachets. Wouldn’t try chewable fibre again.

Only a weeks supply
It work’s excellent but if you need these regularly it’s too expensive. I thought ( and I admit I didn’t read the info) it was a months supply but it’s only a week. My daughter has been told she needs fibre supplements, so I’ll be looking for a more affordable option but to get her going ( excuse the pun) this did the job fantastically well. Only loses 1 mark for cost, I’d have been ok with £20 off a months supply but seems health orientated products are now being sold at premium prices. I guess they don’t want us poorer ones getting better
