I have a 3 gallon tank and I just used one bag mixed with other rocks. If you are only going to have these I would say 2 bag would be fine.

Q: Can these rocks glow outside in an garden?

Yes the rocks can glow outside in the yard. You would need to put them under a light for at least 4 hours the night before and you can put them outside in the grass for a nice glue effect. Hope that helped. J Taylor
