Bought yo keep our rising 7th grader ready for 7th grade over the summer

I purchased this for my 11 year old granddaughter. I thought I was getting a much thicker book like we had for 4th and 6th grade, (the 5th grade never arrived). Anyway I hope this 7th grade is challenging enough and also lasts most of next year.

I give the book4 stars bc it was a purchase ahead of the grade & we’ve not started in it. It is as explained, but I wish it was more detailed in explaining & art pictures detail & examples. But it seems fine!

Our daughter is advancing and we wanted to excel within her own. These do that. She loves them.

Not bad but not great

We grabbed this book in a bit of hurry because my granddaughter needed to finish the school year at home. The quality is actually appallingly poor. You open the book to the first workpage. No introduction, no publisher info, nothing. The lesson pages leave you wondering what you're supposed to do and they have no page numbers so it's tricky to do any grade tracking. The book is riddled with typos and the problem numbering on a couple of pages is just drunk! A page on contractions has 12 problems numbered 1, 2, 3, 3, 5, 4, 7, 5, 9, 6, 4, 7. Much of the work is below grade level and the rest is just confusing. We've already written on a few pages so we can't return it, but we can trash it.

My motto! I love the book keeps my child engaged and fresh !!! Everyday there’s an assignment.

Received on time and okay.
