This is awesome. Lasts for a long time and it's very compact

The battery itself is great, I own two of them and use them in my Livescope shuttle for both ice and open water fishing. The unique, compact design allows for me to easily switch out batteries and added DC jack makes charging simple.More importantly, it’s hard to find Amazon Lifepo4 batteries that are budget friends and have a warranty outside of the 30 day return warranty. Eco-worthy offers a 3 year warranty AND THEY HONOR IT! After a few quick emails back and forth around an issue with my battery not holding charge (older model) they were quick to respond and offer a replacement with their newest model of the same battery. You cannot beat the customer service or the price. Usually there’s a trade off between these for almost all companies, but no Eco-worthy!Buy this battery! It’s quality, low cost, and backed by a REAL warranty.

The first thing to know is this battery doesn't act like the lead acid family of batteries. with that in mind, do your home work and study up on the characteristics of a lipo 4. they are lighter, charge quicker, and charge thousands of times. They also are shipped drained for safety. when you receive it, it is drained you need to charge it. occasionally they won't recharge, and you need to contact the company as I did. They immediately sent a replacement. i am pleased with my purchase and the seller.

First battery arrived DOA (no power output/unable to take charge), but the return was simple and the replacement was in hand within a week. The battery's size and smooth case sides makes it a little tough to grasp unless you have big hands - a handle would be a nice addition. The new replacement appears to work well. Will it perform well over time? I have a couple of the 100AHr batteries from this brand that are working well.

I was pleasantly surprised, this battery appears to actually have a 20ah capacity as advertised. I also appreciate the case since it feels more durable than my bioenno. Only thing I would change is built in covers for the terminals.

I bought this battery because of its uniques DC port on the top which allows super simple hook up to other devices. It did not disappoint!I found an adapter cable right here on Amazon to go from the DC5525 port to my device, and boom! Instant connection.Charging was easy with a 10A smart charger.Design is nice. Price was good. What more could you ask for?

I’ve build a small battery pack for my Jeep using 2 of these to double the amp hours. I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how well they work. I use a 13.1v detector from car batter that turns on to charge this with a dc charger while driving and then i use 12v pigtails to connect to devices to charge or power from these batteries. When i turn off my car and primary battery drops below 13.1 volts the dc charger turns off and these power 12v appliances while parked. As they go on sale i may double up the pack. I also used one to power my fish finder on my kayak. So many uses for these little devices and the built BMS seems to handle the TX heat and mountain cool air in handling charge/discharge cycles.

Before I begin let me just state that I'm an electrical engineer. I hooked this up to a small winch motor. I ran it for about a minute drawing 20 amps after which the battery started smoking. I turned it off but too late the battery was toast. The over discharge protection never kicked in, and no it's not in a tripped state. Just to make sure I hooked it up to a 15V current limited power supply which would reset the trip had it been tripped. The spec doesn't say what the maximum continuous power dissipation is, but clearly, I exceeded it. The maximum discharge current rating is 25 amps for this battery but probably that is a transitory spec rather than a continuous rating. In hindsight I need a bigger battery for this application, but the spec sheet didn't really help in that determination. Anyway, the over discharge protection should have avoided damaging the battery. But it didn't. So, I basically wasted my money. I reached out to Eco-Worthy via Amazon, but they have not responded after four days.
