I find these a great way to start the day. They are not too bitter or gritty unlike others I’ve tried before. I usually take mine with sparkling water which makes me feel like I’m having a fizzy drink. I do feel like I have more energy after taking them. I would recommend these tablets.

Really feel a difference when I take a good quality multivitamin and can really recommend these by tonic health. The taste isn’t unpleasant and dissolves well. I get the raspberry and lemon. I never suffer with minor illnesses such as coughs colds and flu when taking these consistently.

I couldn’t tell you if they work but I dissolve one of these in a glass of water each day. Good taste, makes me feel as though I’m adding some goodness into my body, with all the vitamins and minerals. No sugars, natural; worth a try at a great price.

Recommend by a friend, the appeal to me is that all your vitamin requirements are taken in one dissolved lozenge daily. It taste pretty good as well!

Very good, works intently

Still early days 10 days in taking these tablets noticed an increase in energy but nothing major, sleep hasn’t been great wondering if its the tablets, keeps me going for the rest of the day. The taste does take a little getting used to as ingredients used are natural.
