Originally purchased to make a 3 day cross country move with my cat while staying in multiple hotels along the way. Ended up loving this litter box so much, that she now uses it for her every day litter box in our new home. We never switched back! It may sound crazy, but this travel litter box is better than any litter box I’ve owned that is for every day use, and my cat seems so much happier using it for some reason. I can see how much happier she is. For now this convenient and easy little travel litter box has replaced the expensive, enormous & horribly smelly Litter Robot. Originally I chose this one because of the high sides, the waterproof, plastic, bottom, and the fact that it was shaped round, just like the inside of the little robot, knowing my cat would be anxious during a move I tried to match the travel litter box with the shape she was used to using in the Litter Robot for the hotel stays. My cat is a small, female calico. Not sure if larger cats would like to use this for permanent use, though it does have a good amount of space. She does not get litter anywhere because of the tall sides & shape. Also, for reference, I use the doctor Elsey’s ultra litter, which is a life changer when it comes to smell. It clumps up litter like nothing I’ve tried before & nothing even sticks to the bottom. I smell nothing from this litter box, even when she uses it and even though it’s wide open, that part is thanks to Dr. Elsey’s Ultra Litter. The litter robot because the litter dropped into a drawer, My room or wherever I put the litter robot, was constantly smelling like a sewer, despite purchasing the carbon filters from that company & using Dr. Elsey’s litter. I may go back to using the it one day but for now since me and my cat are happy with this, we are sticking with this litter box that was at one time meant for just temporary travels. I may just buy an extra one just for traveling. You can wash this thing out easily. It is waterproof it wipes easily with soap & wipes or spray it with soap & water & let air dry. the entire inside is waterproof, including the sides. I cannot recommend this litter box enough.

We were very happy with this purchase. We took a babymoon before our daughter’s due date, and we brought our cat along. In the past we’re gotta a plastic box and brought litter with us and it was a mess to travel with. This box zips and does not spill at all! It kept the smells in while in the trunk and was very lightweight. We used a trash bag to line it so that we could just throw the litter out after our trip. It was very sturdy and easy to carry with the handles on the side. It will definitely last us a long time and I’d recommend.

I love this concept, but the design is slightly flawed. The bottom is not sturdy, even when filled with cat litter. After my cats use this, they attempt to cover up their "business" and wind up clawing the material at the bottom. Also, my cats seem to get litter EVERYWHERE. Perhaps if the side walls were higher. It's still what I travel with but the design could use some improvement. It needs a sturdier bottom and higher walls.

We were looking for the a space-saving travel litter box for a large cat and this thin 100% fits the bill. It's as big as our regular litter boxes at home, and it does fold down quite small. I do wish it came with a pouch rather than just a loop of elastic to keep it closed. We purchased some litter box liners to use with it because I don't really want to mess with trying to clean it out in an airport bathroom, I just want to toss out actual waste and tuck this back away clean. If the cat ever actually uses it (or tries to) while traveling, I'll update about the quality, but it seems likely to do the job (especially with the liners).

This lightweight portable litter box is amazing. Most others are quite narrow and do not accommodate larger cats. The round shape is much better suited to adult/bigger cats. It does not leak and is very easy to wipe clean. A must for anyone who travels with cats.

I used this for camping with my cat. It was very easy to set up & use. Due to its collapsibility, it didn’t take up much storage space. When finished, it cleans well. Great, lightweight, quality material, too.
