Honestly this is extremely moisturizing and it has helped my skin so much, but the smell is really strange and it almost seems like fermented garbage water. That being said the texture is light and fluffy, and it keeps my skin feeling bouncy. I use this with their redness reducing serum.

Picked this up about a year ago and use this everyday. Especially for daytime and extra especially to blend with foundation that I find sometimes to be too thick and heavy for my finicky dry skin. I am very picky about daytime moisturizers. They have to absorb well and not feel sticky or greasy. It has a medium thickness and is smooth and silky to the touch. I have a serum I use after cleansing, then this - either on its own before powders, or just a smidge mixed in with a little pump of foundation, then mixed and applied with a brush, essentially creating my own tinted moisturizer. Really helps to even out skintone while letting this combo sort of mesh nicely with my skin. This cream plays well with everything I use so far. About the scent: it's definitely not heavily scented or perfumey. It has a slightly organic scent that disapates quickly and is really of no consequence imho. I get it. I really love a nicely scented product (I'm not sensitive to scents in my skincare or makeup at all) but some do not. But this does not smell synthetic, but natural, if that makes sense, and just to clarify that. It has never broke me out, either, which some other products do. So that's a win. Overall, this is my favorite *still* after months of use. Worth the price. I highly recommend!

Herbivore is known for their clean ingredients, and I always love how they smell, but even the first time I used the cream I could tell it was expired or spoiled or rotten.

This Herbivore Botanicals “Pink Cloud moisture” cream is lightweight, spreads easily and absorbs quickly. It has a light Moroccan Rose fragrance that’s very light and delicate. It has plenty of great ingredients as well(I photo of the list). A few of its key ingredients are:-Hyaluronic acid(Hydrating, promotes collagen production, boosts elasticity)-Squalane(Hydrating, anti-angling, can reduce redness, can balance facial oil production)-Tremella mushroom(Plumps, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, enhances elasticity)From my experience, this cream felt very moisturizing and soothing on my face. After it absorbed, my skin felt firmer, softer and more plumped. It also made my skin look very youthful and dewy. I like it!

I have super dry skin and found that this moisturizer was a little difficult to absorb into my skin as it is much thicker than I am used to. After absorbing, I still didn’t feel like my skin was adequately hydrated. It may be ok for summer time with someone with normal to slightly dry skin. As my skin is super dry and really needs added moisture, this wasn’t the best moisturizer for me. It is also a tad on the expensive side at $44 for a 1.7oz.
