Does she randomly talk or do you have to trigger the phrases?

This item is not motion activated. In order for her to talk, the button on the battery compartment has to be switched on, then with touch activation, she goes through different phrases.

Unfortunately no but it does have a delicate sensor for it to talk and move its head.

Can you take her clothes off and put new ones on?

Yes you can! You can easily remove the clothes
