This stuff is SO tasty… and pure. Nothing artificial. I ordered other products from the Pistachio Factory page in Amazon… All very high quality and versatile. Good for both savory and sweet applications. Pastas, toast, pastries, cakes, chocolate fillings.

I bought this, which i thought was quite expensive, for making 2 pistachio cakes with Italian meringue buttercream frosting. But didn’t think my food processor could handle grinding the nuts without burning up. So I used both, this paste, which was ground much finer and pastier, but i really did like the paste i ground with my processor, too, which was a courser paste, which added extra texture to both my cake and buttercream. I used both, so i would have enough to flavor my 2 three layer cakes and buttercream, and was so pleased with how they came out. The paste I bought added to the paste I made, which complemented each other. So, yes, I’d purchased it again, so I’d have enough.

I bought this to make cookies and cakes for a party I was asked to cater for people who love pistachio. I work as a pastry chef so I was hesitant about quality because I know what brand I like. But this didn’t disapppint. I think I found a new favorite pistachio paste!!

Thought it was very expensive for the amount of the product you received. Plus it was not very flavorful. Not that it tasted bad just didn't have a lot of taste.

I have used this Pistachio paste 3 times so far and I am super happy with it. It tastes like pure pistachio butter but in a very spreadable consistency. You can taste some sweetness from the pistachios, but there is no sugar in the ingredients list. I knead the pouch a bit before squeezing out the product and it's never come out separated, no need to stir it. I have used it to make the viral Dubai chocolate knafe bar, a pistachio latte and just as a spread on toast with a drizzle of honey. It's very creamy and tasty and I have no complaints. I also love the fact that it uses roasted pistachios, which seems to amp up the sweetness & flavor without adding any sugar. The colour is good enough for me, presentation wise. I hope the consistency of this this products remains the same. I will be ordering again.
