I started taking this at night to help with inflammatory response due to MCAS. I feel like I have less swelling and inflammation when I take it. I can't say how much of it is this and how much is being more aware of what causes flares, but I will continue taking it.

Product came fast and intact ..it is exactly as described and a good price for 120 capsules and the dose is 1 capsule per day. Only just started taking them I'm on day 1, so as far as effects I do not know if I feel any yet.
