I purchased two of these and had them installed into my quartz island countertop. They worked well for a while but one has started to fail. The USB ports show a blinking green light and are powering on and off making them incapable of charging. Now I have a hole in my countertop with a device that is failing. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and will update if they give any kind of resolution. But for something that is installed into an expensive piece these need to have long lasting capability.

Cord gets trapped needs a guide or some type of hook to keep the cord from tangling when expanding or contracting. The contact charger doesn't work all the time.

Photo shows this in a kitchen counter, and instructions say don't get wet. Also, the cord is super finicky. It hardly ever comes all the way up when you want it to. Not as advertised & not practical when you have to reach underneath to help it pop up.

Wireless charger stopped working after 4 months. I wouldn’t recommend this product if you plan on using this feature. Overall it was fairly easy to install.
