How thick are the pads?

I'm not certain, but certainly thick enough. Considerable thicker than those I replaced. Doesn't it tell the thickness in the product description?

Can this be used on fine wood table to keep table pad from sliding?

I believe they will work well as long as the table pad grips them. I don’t imagine cloth would grip them well.
