This book looks like it was written off of an ai google search. Not useful.

While it is clear that the author is knowledgeable and is an expert, it is not well written for the beginner who wants "to learn everything about factory automation.". Imagine looking at someone's PowerPoint presentation of a topic. All you see are bullet points with no detail, and that is exactly what this book is. Pictures and many examples are tiny without explanation. It is as if you are sightseeing from 20,000 feet. You get the big overall picture, but not much more.

Basic knowledge

The book is super basic very little depth on anyone subject. The pictures are to small and fuzzy to make out anything in the prints or in the line diagrams.

This is something you’d use in elementary school. The subject matter is a joke.
