Good deal and good quality

This berberine I can tolerate without side effect. The one I purchased from Now which is one of my favorite companies gave me huge stomach distress. This combination of berberine and cinnamon is effective! I normally have glucose tested about 114, always over 100 but I just had a pre op blood test done and my glucose 95. I have never had a glucose reading under 100, not kidding. You should test yourself. Not all berberines are the same.

I’m really enjoying this product. I take one per day around 10:30 ( before lunch). My appetite is pretty much gone all day. I don’t have any jittery side effects, I’m very sensitive to supplements. My sugar cravings have disappeared. I’m happy!

The product works - but I had rhinorrhea the entire day! At first, I thought I had an allergy to something in my home. But I hadn't introduced anything new in my home. Then I thought it was seasonal allergies - but I take Allegra daily so I discarded that idea. The only new thing I had started taking was this berberine supplement. Stopped taking it and my rhinorrhea stopped! I just started taking a different berberine w cinnamon supplement and ... no rhinorrhea! Gave it 3 stars because it is effective for its intended purpose but, for me, causes unwanted side effects. Have another unopened bottle of this supplement that I will just have to discard. Bummer.
