These are delicious! They are salted, but I’m not sure how they do it because there is no oil or salt residue on my hands when I eat them. I tried the blue brand but found them to have a residue and obvious salt on my hands to the point of needing a napkin. These don’t require a napkin or hand wiping at all. The price point is good and I subscribe. This is my go to snack for my lunch every day.

If these were organic, I would give them 5 stars. They are great for vegetarian protein while traveling.

Where is the regular edamame that we find in the frozen food section for this brand, so when we saw snack packs of edamame, we knew we had to get them! They are very yummy and just a quick protein boost when you’re away from home

I bought these to attempt to eat healthy soy in place of other snacks with less healthy content. Tasted awful, like tree bark, sticks and weeds. Donated the remaining seven packs to a local charity that accepts food. I am awaiting the 5 PM news report of a rash of packets of Edamame found at the side of the road near that charity.
