Increases hair volume, gets hair clean.

Have been using this shampoo for 6 months or so. I find my hair healthier and NOT as fine as it usually seems. I like the scent, too. It is a little pricey and I have had trouble with the pump working on 2-3 bottles I have bought, which is inconvenient. Overall, great product.

This is the second bottle of conditioner I have received that has a shampoo UPC label over the one on the bottle. I'm still trying to get a bottle of shampoo.

I’m not one to comment/complain but this is ridiculous. How can you ship a product out and the customer has to fight to use it. Neither the shampoo or conditioner will come out of the bottles. I have to unscrew the lid and use the pump straw to try and get some of the shampoo out of the bottle. It seems like the product is so old and coagulated gel and can’t be used in the bottle it came in. I’m currently trying to drain into a bowl so I can use it. I’ve used it twice and it leaves my hair clean feeling and it has a little more volume. I won’t be buying any more.

I purchased the shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo is thicker than I expected but works into hair well, and leaves hair clean. That along with the conditioner will give a lot of volume that lasts.

Only used product a short time but feel like my hair is looking thicker!

This is a small bottle of shampoo. Nice scent, but made my hair greasy. I had a hard time washing product out of my hair. I ended up tossing it away after only one use.

I bought this shampoo because I have very fine, thinning hair. Have tried many others with no real result. I was very pleasantly surprised with the result after just one use. Actually gave my hair alot more body so now I can't be without it.

Very cheap pumps on the bottles not happy about that they don't work always need to fix them but the shampoo and conditioner are okay will see after a month

Really good shampoo, light scent, good lather. Gave my hair great volume would definitely buy again.

What good is a product if you can't get it out of the bottle to use? Not good at all. So frustrating! Ditch the pump and make the shampoo consistency able to be poured out of the bottle.I see that the conditioner is the same...so I won't buy the conditioner and won't buy the shampoo again. Take my first hand experience and do not buy.

This shampoo is so thick and gel-like that I had to cut the bottom off the bottle and put it in a plastic container. There is no way you can pump it out or even pour it out of the bottle. It seems to clean well but the vinegar in it really strips your hair making it difficult to comb after. You definitely need conditioner to get the tangles out. Did not notice any improvement in scalp or hair volume. Will use it up but would not buy it again.
