I am a 72 year old male, and I really believe that the words/images in this text are meant for both men and women, boys and girls who want to be secure. There is one heck of a lot of wisdom in these pages, and I feel privileged to have found it even at my age. Thanks Mr. Kwok and Mr. Massengill.

I use the photos as a reference to mimic. Good stuff!!

The book itself is excellent and full of helpful instructional content. However, the pictures are not presented in the proper order in the Kindle version, which defeats the purpose of trying to teach the form. This is not the author's fault, but rather the editor of the Kindle edition.

Got this on Kindle. Many of the images appeared out of order and there were many blank pages. Overall it was not clear how to to many of the moves.
