This was a great product postpartum. I ended up getting two so while one was in the freezer I could use the other. Really helped with the pain relief since I had tore. Kept the cold for a good amount of time. I haven’t used it for the heated purposes yet, but I Rea recommended these for mums postpartum!

Can’t recommend enough!This product was/is my life saver. Originally bought for the end of my pregnancy and after birth but I continue to use now for any female problems or pain. Highly effective and reduce the pain 100%.Always a handy thing to have at hand.

Bought on a whim and ended up having a cesarean. I used it on the incision and found it helpful.However the heat of it didn't hold well as it went cold after a couple of minutes.Furthermore, it took a while to freeze fully and I'd often had pain relief in the meantime.However its a good shape and not too bulky so I intend to use it as an ice pack for any injuries or to keep milk cool.

I bought this and some cooling witch hazel pads to help me post partum. This was definitely the better of the two - it worked like magic and was so soothing. Can also be used hot which is handy to get your milk going

Bought for after birth but didn’t need , gave them to my sister in law for her piles she said they brought great relief , but need freezing often as don’t stay cold that long
