Traditional Italian Potato Gnocchi, 1lb

Very impressed with the quality of this product. You get great value for a generous amount of this potato pasta. Very fresh tasting ingredients, with equal amounts of flour & potato flavors. Easy to prepare in a salted pot of boiling water. I like using a mesh frying screen to drop in the product. When the pasta floats it's ready, around 4 minutes. A gluten free profile is a healthy standard. Both soft & pleasantly chewy to the taste. Sauce or add toppings of your choice. Very versatile. A great buy.

Absolutely Delicious. Very easy to make and one can do so in the microwave. I just add vegetables, fish and voila! An easy dinner.

Super cheap and delicious. I add a can of ragu and Parmesan cheese! Super quick dinner and the texture of the gnocchi is not too slimy or over cooked

Meh, ok if you like Gnocchi, but a little chewy with a the stretchy consistency of bubble gum. Not exactly a texture that's enjoyable to eat. I waited til they started floating, but maybe I should've cooked them longer. I bought a package of "De Cecco Potato Gnocchi" to compare the two and the "De Cecco Potato Gnocchi" was much more like what you get at restaurants.
