This is a good toaster oven. I like that I can toast large pieces of bread. After the first time of use it was easier to use. I did have to watch my bread when toasting the first time and adjust the temp. I do adjust the temp for different types of bread items. It's easy to store and takes up less room than my original toaster. I can store the tray with the air fryer liners. I would definitely purchase the air fryer liners for the tray. I cut them in half and they fit just fine. They make clean up so easy.

I was looking to replace an old toaster oven, but all the new ones were just too big. When I saw the Ninja 2-in-1 Flip Toaster, I decided to give it a try. It works great as a toaster oven for small amounts of food. (A French bread pizza fits fine, but not 2 full slices of pizza, for example.) The timer stops when you pull the tray out to check, which is a nice feature. As a stand up toaster, it toasts quickly and evenly, and the countdown timer is a huge plus! My only complaint is that there's no convenient way to store the toaster oven tray in or on the toaster itself, but it's a minor issue. Overall, this is a great small toaster and toaster oven that's transformed my small countertop into something much more functional.

This is so versatile and small. I bought it because my kids want to cook more for themselves, but aren't ready for the oven. The long handle keeps them safe while they are learning how to maneuver hot things-with adult supervision. So far, we have cooked toast in normal mode-turned out fantastic! It's large enough to toast a sub roll and if you use the bagel option only the inside will be toasted. Frozen waffles turned out soft inside, crispy outside. In the cooking mode we've made an egg, chicken fajitas made from 1 chicken breast, half a bell pepper and an onion(the pic is before I turned it on broil to get a char, it worked perfectly), regular baked chicken, cheese toast, quesadillas, and cinnamon toast. Everything we have tried has worked out great. Think of small things to cook. This isn't large enough for baked potatoes, it could cook up some chopped red potatoes for one really well. Frozen things we baked were breaded shrimp and pizza rolls, both turned out fantastic. I have been lining the tray with foil so it stays nice longer. I'll likely just cut a silicone mat to fit it for easy clean and use foil to make walls if it's something that's liquidy. I would not buy this if you want something to replace a normal sized toaster oven, it's not meant for that. If you're single, or want a way for your kids to be able to learn how to cook, this is a great option. If you like toasted subs this thing would be a game changer. Toast the sub in toaster mode, add ingredients, flip down and set to broil or bake. It could also be used to melt cheese on top of something like a burger patty or fries. The best part for me is it stands up to store so it takes up maybe 6" longer space than a normal 2 slice toaster oven. I store the tray inside it so it works as a dust shield and keeps things from falling in it on accident. 10/10 for sure!

We just moved and have a small kitchen. We gave away our regular toaster oven and air fryer when we moved. I was looking for something compact that could do both jobs, with regular toasting being the priority. This toaster serves the purpose perfectly. It toasts super fast -- I think because it uses quartz elements instead of traditional resistive heating elements. It can toast 2 normal size pieces of bread like a regular toaster; however, because of the long shape it can also toaster larger slices like you would get out of an artisan bread boule. The baking function also works great. Because of the small space and its ability to get super hot, it's really good at roasting, which is basically what we used our air fryer for. We roasted some tofu the other day, and it turned out perfectly. The compartment is a little small, but it's fine for just my partner and I. You can also cook things in batches if you aren't short on time. My main issue is with the beeping it does. It beeps for everything. Start toasting: beep; stop toasting: beep; take out the tray: beep; put the tray back in: beep. You get the idea. I wish I could disable that (if I knew I could safely take it apart and remove the speaker, I would). Aside from that, it's great!

This flip toaster is great! I use it so much. Takes less space on the counter because of its flip up design. Genius! It toasts bread to perfection and has so many options. It works great as a toaster oven as well. Used to grill cheese on toast and even made little cupcake eggies with different ingredients. Best toaster/ oven purchase. I read complaints about the crumb tray not being easy to clean because it’s not removable. The reason for that is because it’s an oven also and can heat up to high temperatures, the tray acts as the back wall. If someone were to forget to put it back in it could potentially cause a fire on your back wall or damage. I just use a cloth and a mini vac to clean up the crumbs. No big deal. Also some people say the removable oven tray handle is loose. You have to really tighten it. It feels like you’re breaking it but you’re not. Definitely recommend this toaster.

Finally a toaster that toasts evenly and truly can toast well on bagel setting. Regular wire element toasters I have to drop an English muffin couple time and if I wanted an even toast I had to move the muffin part way through toasting. The ninja toaster I just drop it and and add time I want for the darker toast I like.
