After watching Hilaria on The Baldwins, I ordered her book. She clearly knows everything about good health in every aspect. Her book is well written and filled with actual useful info and tips. I think she's great and am thankful she shares her knowledge for those of us interested in maintaining optimal health. She is also extremely likable and conveys useful information in a fun way! Sensible and Real
I saw Ms. Baldwin on Dr. Oz. Watching and listening to her on the show I have to say, I was surprised. I'm not impressed by celebrity usually and most times don't feel their advice is practical for day to day people. Reading this book is almost like listening to Hilaria speak, her writing is very precise and for lack of a better word...clear! I haven't finished the book but I have read enough to say I find it relaxing to read and it has given me a more optimistic outlook on laying out a plan and following it to better health and fitness. Like most I struggle with the extra 10 pounds and after reading it through I plan to work my way back through the book and put Living Clearly into action. I feel certain it can be done and results will be good with the guidance of this book.

Yoga/life style plan
A well written personal account of a yoga and life style plan that makes sense. I felt the program she advocates is healthy and can fit into any one's life. My only negative is she did not talk enough of fruit and veggies as essentials to a well balanced diet.

Hilaria is amazing. This book is full of wisdom.
This book is wonderful. I think one of the hardest things to realize- and to continually work with- is that freedom is not something outside of ourselves- it is a state we achieve and know inside. And I believe the only way to know it is through using the path of our own lives to raise ourselves- and that is what this book is all about. This book is about how to raise yourself physically and mentally so that you can feel great inside of yourself and thus have the experience of being able to love your own life. Hilaria is incredibly brave and honest and real and outlines the most important things to do to uplift yourself so that you can uplift others. Beautiful. Thank you so much!!

Amazing Woman, Amazing Book. <3
Amazing book written by an even more amazing person. I cherish all the experiences she has gone through and shared that helped her achieve a life of centeredness that allows her to share with us all of her greatest life tips in this one book. It could not have been written better and in a clearer voice about managing our lives when it is isn't easy. I especially appreciate the recipes because as a busy city person I am lazy to cook and I believe that her clear methods will help me learn to organize my food choices and how to prep them better suited for my on the go lifestyle. Thank you Hilaria for being a great role model and inspiration, always! <3

It's okay
Mixed feelings about this. I get some of what she's saying..but it's a bit hard to take her seriously when she has the heels on while doing yoga. I think that was a bad choice for the shoots. Other than that it's a decent book. But honestly nothing close to Kate Hudson's book which was a life changer for me.

This is a great book on learning how to connect to yourself.It is a great manual for listening to messages that your body tries to send you and how to work with it.I am glad that she decided to share this, as she is clearly someone who seems to have learned how to balance her life in a way that is healthy, and it is something that anybody can attain regardless of "status" or "celebrity".Take it or leave it, but, if you can actually read and connect to the messages of the book, you might just learn how to be happier within your own skin.

Disappointing
I'm sure the author is a nice enough person, but it seems a stretch to consider her an expert in anything related to "wellness" or health. Her version of yoga is quite unique, and doing poses in super high heels is just...odd.
