These braces are quality made and easy to put on and adjust tightness. Welcome relief for my tricep tendons when I'm at the gym.

A mi mamá le ha calmado enormemente el dolor de su brazo. Hay que usarlo sobre ropa para evitar rozaduras, pero es maravilloso.

I did find putting the brace on fiddly when fitting it to my arm. It took some time to place it correctly on my arm & then stop it moving when applying the wrap around pressure strap.

After tearing my bicep at the elbow, I was told not to use my arm and see if it will heal on its own. Not using my arm was not really an option, but if I flexed at all, the muscle went forward instead of on the top of the arm. I purchased this to hold the muscle in place and it worked! If nothing else, it was a constant reminder not to overwork the arm while it was healing.

Comfortable and it helped my sore biceps tendon a lot.
