Dickies Men's Overdyed Relaxed-Fit Jean

The waist might be a bit looser, but I wear mine for at least 2 years before I replace them and they shrink a bit in that time. Otherwise, the fit is excellent and comfortable. There are 2 extra belt loops and I find the pockets to be a bit shallower (compared to the 550s). I've gotten in to the habit of washing my jeans inside-out to attempt to keep them from fading as quickly, so far it seems to help a bit. Like the title says, if you're looking for a cheaper alternative, these are an excellent option. I bought 3 pairs originally to try them out and find the stitching and craftmanship overall to be excellent. I have another 3 pairs ordered currently I'm that happy with them. Especially since I've paid the same price for 1 pair of 550s that I just paid for 3 pairs of these!

Fits well. Using a pair now.Have been using these for about a month. So far so good. Make sure you wash blacks with blacks, because they collect white lint like nobody's business. The buttons are metal, and the silver is very neutral so it works well with pretty much anything else you're wearing. The pocket are of average depth - not something you'd be able to stuff your wallet, big ring of keys and phone into all in one pocket. But enough for most people.They could use a U-shaped crotch, or some extra material in that area for added strength. I get the feeling it might rip. But for now, it fits well and hasn't ripped. I've used my 2 pairs for about 160 hours each, and they've been wonderful so far. Stylish, comfy, sturdy. Glad I bought these. I'll be replacing all my other jeans with these as soon as I can afford more. =)

They fit well and look great. I usually go with rustler or wrangler because they fit well in the thigh. These have a great fit from thigh to shoe with no tenting or binding.

My son just tried them on and they fit perfect! He's a teen, 6'3 tall, and about 145 pounds lean muscle. They sit nice on him, not tight and not too baggy or saggin'. The 36 L was the perfect choice! They fit beyond his ankle, actually kind of like the guy in the photo on the item description sellers page. I never liked Dickies because I only knew of those starchy looking ones, but THESE jeans look REAL good, front to back!

After having a bad experience with Levi's, I decided to give these Dickies jeans a try, as I have recently found that Dickies makes great durable, inexpensive clothing. When I first got them in I noticed they are very dark, not a "washed" black look you get in so many jeans, including Levi's, so "overdyed" is accurate, and it's quite nice to finally find a jean which is dark. They do fit a bit larger than competitor's relaxed fit styles, maybe half a size, which is quite nice. Perhaps the nicest thing of all, other than the fact they are very affordable, is that they do not shrink, even when dried in the dryer on low heat as the directions state, which was my bad experience with Levi's. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.

These we're at a very good price never bought this brand before but thought I'd give it a shot for my son turned out very nice have not washed them yet so do not know whether they will shrink or not otherwise very happy with color and material

What can I say? If you don't need designer jeans with a designer price these are great. Fit well, well made and I was surprised how inexpensive they are. Very comfortable fit and the fabric has a good feel. I wear them as a casual pant, but could also see using them as work clothes.

great fit,its hard to find jeans that fit perfectly for my height.( 6'8") so most jeans are too short or too wide great color. color lasts longer than most jeans I have purchased

The jeans fit as expected, seem durable enough at work (ie: general warehouse work) & looks good enough to wear in casual settings.

I bought two pairs and one arrived without the ends of the legs being processed properly - they were ridiculously long and ragged at the end. Easily fixed with a bit of work, but a surprise to receive them in that condition. The other pair was fine though.
