I have searched labels and tasted a variety... I'm on a Keto program with a TOTAL (very important compared to NET) daily Carb limit of 30g.These think! Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough bars fit the program well as long as you worked all day to keep your other Carbs down. 9g Total carbs compared to some that are 20, 27, or even 35g of carbs. This flavor is the best... texture is good, crunchy, good peanut butter and chocolate flavor. It's become my only go to at this point if I need to take the edge off especially if others are eating some fancy dessert.I also have the Chocolate Mousse version. It's pretty good too and lower Total carbs like the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough version, but if you like peanut butter, this cookie dough one is your best choice.They aren't gritty, no after taste, and sometimes I can eat half and satisfied and can stop. The balance of Protein and Fat is excellent! 10g/14g... these have never had a negative impact on my BG nor my Ketones.

Love these bars. So delicious. I always have on hand. I was disappointed with today’s delivery. The package was delivered to my door; approximately 20 min sitting in the box in this heat wave & the ice pack was water & bars melted. Maybe a 2nd ice pack would be advised in higher temperatures

These are my favorite protein bars. I have a very sensitive stomach and they do cause bloating so I had to stop eating them sadly, but I still purchase them for my household. I think that’s just a me thing. They do melt easily and I kinda wish they had more proton but otherwise sooo good 🔥 definitely a nice treat to have that isn’t packed full of sugar

Really, really good! Would’ve given 5 stars but I just hate that they’re so expensive. But, they cost less here than in the grocery store

Love these bars! Tried them at the fitness center where I work out and decided since I liked them so well, I should buy them in bulk. The taste is not artificial, they are not too sweet and if you luv convenience and protein with not a ton of calories….. these yummy bars are for YOU!

These are delicious and a great meal replacement or snack! The taste is excellent and they are high in protein keeping you full longer!

Don't get me wrong - I love these protein bars. I gave them 3 stars because they were shipped with a thin insulation that didn't prevent the warm weather from causing the chocolate layer to melt. When I open the wrapping, the chocolate is melted onto the wrapper. Yeah, I probably should have returned them. Just beware of ordering these during warm weather.

Don’t order when it’s hot out. They partially melt in transit or sitting at your door. (I will order online come fall when it cools down.)They are delicious, though!
