I carry 4 of these in several different medical kits, it is just a tool to send you in the right direction of helping a Pt. I don't live by these because there are so many variables associated with checking O2 saturation, but this does have a perfusion meter and wave form which helps decent product.

Works great, easy to use, easy to read

My old O2 and pulse device finally gave up the ghost and died. So, I bought this one more based on price that anything else. A pleasant surprise, it's ever better than my previous device. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but one of the things I really like about it is that as long as I put it on my right hand, I can read the numbers right-side-up. Most of them position the numbers so the medical technician can read them. I can't count the number of times I had problems reading it while using the previous device.One word of caution. Think twice before putting the batteries in it. I knew better and I put one of the batteries in upside down. It took a long time and a lot of effort to get it out to reorient it. For a while, I thought I was going to have to throw it away and buy a new one.

This items works like a champ. I took it to my doctors office and it is accurately calibrated with their own like item. It comes in handy for why you want a fast heart rate reading rather than going through all the steps to have your home blood pressure machine give you the information.I highly recommend this product.
